What is your inclement weather/cancellation policy?
I am flexible with rescheduling (subject to availability) due to inclement weather such as rain. If no alternative date can be reached, the deposit will be refunded.
For non-weather related cancellations you must notify me 14 or more days out from the shoot otherwise the deposit will not be refunded.
In every graduation season I have been able to successfully reschedule all clients around inclement weather!
What if my photoshoot doesn't fit into one of the packages or I want to add on services?
Not a problem at all! The listed packages are for my most frequent bookings. Email me about the shoot and I'll give a quote! Possible add ons would be additional time, locations, outfit changes, shooting with film, props, etc.
How do I know my time slot is secure?
Time slots are secured once your 50% deposit goes through. I give a 36 hour window after I confirm the session and send invoices before the time slot is unlocked for other clients to book.
My availability changed, can I reschedule the shoot?
Yes of course! There are no fees for rescheduling, just try to let me know as far ahead in advance as possible so we can find a time that better fits.
What does a group and individual session look like?
A group session will generally consist of group shots followed by individual photos at each location.
Where are you based?
I am based around the DC area
Do you travel?
I am generally limited to the bounds of the DC public transit system however on occasion I can make an exception. Reach out and I'll let you know if I can make it.
What is your turnaround time?
Guaranteed within 21 days and often I deliver photos sooner!
Can I have the unedited versions of the photos?
Yes! Raw files are available for a small fee
